Absolute Resilience for ConnectWise
Boosting cyber resilience across multiple corporate environments

Enforcing proactive and remedial security measures to protect client endpoints
With the rise in ransomware and complexity of remote work policies, Managed Services Providers (MSPs) are tasked with handling IT and security operations across thousands of customer environments. This includes device lifecycle management from cradle to grave, provisioning applications and resources for end-users and maintaining security posture. In addition, when a mass-scale IT or security event such as ransomware strikes, MSPs are expected to aid in the restoration efforts to limit downtime to client business operations.

Product Highlights
The Absolute Resilience for ConnectWise® product integration empowers MSPs to boost cyber resilience across their clients' endpoint environments by enhancing visibility, enforcing security posture through application self-healing and responding to device risks or compliance breaches using integrated device actions. The product surfaces Absolute Secure Endpoint’s device telemetry and actions to be accessible through the ConnectWise Asio™ console. Resilience for ConnectWise leverages Absolute Persistence® technology embedded in the firmware of PCs manufactured by leading OEMs such as Dell, Lenovo, HP and others. Product modules available with the integration include the following.
The core module, that includes the deployment of the Absolute Agent and basic Hardware Reporting. Other modules depend on it.
Track key device attributes such as encryption status and location. Freeze or quarantine devices that are at-risk, compromised to protect them from being accessed illegally. Wipe devices that are being decommissioned or reassigned to new users to ensure sensitive data is erased.
Report on and repair the health of critical security and endpoint management applications such as Microsoft Configuration Manager (previously called SCCM), BitLocker and Defender ATP.
Absolute Resilience for ConnectWise offers MSPs with a simple and flexible billing model, enabling them to activate and subscribe to one or more product modules across their client environments.
