Absolute Enters Into Additional Support Agreements

VANCOUVER, British Columbia — December 4, 2018 — Absolute® (TSX:ABT) (the “Company”), the endpoint visibility and control company, today announced that another two of its largest shareholders have agreed to support the Company’s nominees for directors being Salvatore Visca, Gerhard Watzinger, Gregory Monahan, Christy Wyatt, Eric Rosenfeld and Daniel Ryan (the “Nominees”) at the annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on December 13, 2018; provided, however, that under certain conditions, one of the Nominees will be replaced by a different nominee. In addition, depending on certain conditions, the shareholders have also agreed to support at least a majority of the Nominees at the 2019 annual general meeting of shareholders. A copy of the agreements will be filed on SEDAR.
