Zero Trust End-to-End Policy Control
Organizations face numerous challenges when securely connecting workers to applications. Enabling end-to-end policy governance that offers least-privilege access to servers, subnets, file shares, and applications across public and private clouds as well as data centers -- while keeping workers productive regardless of their location -- is a tall order.
To streamline Secure Access Enterprise and Edge SaaS deployments, Absolute Security developed App Connectors. Customers can quickly deploy App Connectors in public and private clouds and data centers to enable the strongest possible zero trust policies from device-to-application while darkening applications and data centers. Further, there is no complex firewall or router configuration needed to deploy App Connectors.
Absolute Secure Access is noted for its resilient, intelligent client that enforces policy at the endpoint, acts as a distributed firewall, and gives admins unprecedented visibility inside and outside the corporate firewall. App Connectors extend similar capabilities to applications: with App Connectors, the Secure Access enabled network itself now enforces roles and access control, not just the endpoint, because App Connectors are policy aware. And only policy-authorized endpoints are allowed access to applications, ensuring zero trust end-to-end policy control.

Customers can deploy multiple App Connectors for throughput, load balancing, and fault tolerance. And App Connectors support overlapping IP spaces that can be challenging to accommodate with mergers and acquisitions. What’s more, Absolute does not charge extra for App Connectors unlike other vendors.
We invite you to learn more about App Connectors in our recent Tech Talk, What’s New in Secure Access, where we first unveiled App Connectors but also discussed the Endpoint Compliance module included with Secure Access Enterprise that gives administrators more visibility, control, and resilience.
