The Absolute Secure Endpoint June 2023 release (v7.23) helps IT and security teams:
Monitor the event history for a device over a specified time period to seamlessly verify device location, system or user updates, and identify potential suspicious activity.
Autonomously self-heal critical Endpoint Protection, Digital Experience Monitoring, and Business Productivity applications to ensure they are functioning as expected across the device population.
Obtain clear application health status information to better understand reasons for application failures on a device.
This release includes additional feature enhancements in several areas of the Absolute Platform, as outlined in the Release Notes.
What's New?
Monitor event history for a specific device to verify changes and identify anomalies
- History tab under the Device Details page (New)
A new History tab under the Device Details page allows Absolute users to seamlessly verify changes that have occurred on a specific device and to identify suspicious activity. The tab provides a list of events over a user-defined time period. The type of events showcased include location updated events (e.g., change in device location), user updated events (e.g., user sign ins and sign outs), system updated events (e.g., public IP address change), rule triggered events (e.g., offline freeze execution), and action events (e.g., running of a PowerShell script). The new History tab under Device Details is available across all Absolute Secure Endpoint product tiers.

- Updated Absolute Application Resilience Catalog
The Absolute Application Resilience™ catalog now includes support for eight new applications. Application Resilience delivers the ability to monitor application health and automatically repair and/or re-install unhealthy third-party applications listed in the Application Resilience catalog to restore them to healthy operations. Application Resilience is available to Absolute Resilience service tier customers. The Application Resilience catalog adds support for the following applications:

- Enhanced Status Details field for Application Resilience policies
Absolute Application Resilience policies for BitLocker, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) now provide enhanced application health status information through the Status Details field for users to better understand reasons for when the application(s) fail on a device. In addition, status details for successful repairs and reinstalls across all Application Resilience supported apps are now easier to read. As mentioned above, Application Resilience is available to Absolute Resilience service tier customers.
